PRIVATE Fenced YARD, 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom conveniently located near major highways, major venues, businesses and 2 minutes to High Point University. We're set-up to house you for a long-term stay should you need.

Our place has all the kitchen basics and there are 2 SMART TVs. Our cleaners spend extra time cleaning!

When you walk in the door to the living room you will immediately notice how spacious and relaxing the vibe of the place is. You have a Smart TV in the living room as well as 1 in one of the bedrooms. The home has a security system that will make your stay stress-free. There is a doorbell camera facing the front exterior of the home and a camera for the side entrance to the house.

We have 3 bedrooms that invites that relaxing feeling you have when you are comfortably staying at your own home. There is a long hallway, with 2 bedroom on the right, and the bathroom and 3rd bedroom on the left. Two of the bedrooms have windows overlooking the backyard.

OUR HOME IS IDEAL for those interested in longer stays as we offer discounts for longer stay, will be reflected when you select dates. We're set-up for vacation renters, corporate renters, traveling workers, those visiting HPU and those relocating to High Point, Jamestown, Archdale or Thomasville. We're only 2 min from the main highway to quickly access those towns.

As there aren't always guests that honor our home that we spent extensive time to deliver the best possible home experience. We've had to implement an extensive House Rules for our guests which consider the experience of current and future guests, while being respectful of our home and neighbors.

High point of our stay at High point

I was a little hesitant to write this review because I actually want to keep this gem of a property and its owners to myself and know that anytime I come back to High point that I can stay here or in one of their other 2 properties without them being booked up as I know this gets done way in advance. Coming from the UK originally but based in the Caribbean for over 20 years and developing properties there - High Point has now become an integral part of our business going forward. As it was our first time visiting - we were not quite sure what to expect in terms of the market, which evidently blew our little minds and our feet. We had left it a bit late for booking a hotel in the centre but our luck was in finding Cheryl’s property due to a cancellation. Lucky us. The house is located very close to the university and only a short ride to market. Although there is not too much around - the house was perfectly situated for us in a quiet street and so lovely to come back to relax in after walking around for 8 hours every day. We arrived late in the evening in the dark, but entry was easy with the code given and with the super easy alarm system on the property, as two single females - we felt super safe. The house itself was clean and tidy with lots of good amenities - lots of towels and extras to include duvets and blankets if you get cold (like we do) On a 6 night stay, we cooked three nights, got take out the others and even popped to Greensbrough one evening for tacos. I guess that means something - although the town of High point is very quiet in terms of any restaurants or nightlife - we were very appreciative of being able to cook in the house with all amenities available to us including the use of a washer and dryer. Thanks again to cheryl for allowing us to stay in your lovey home as a base for our trip. I would highly recommend anyone coming to High Point for whatever reason, to stay here. We hope to visit again in the fall and although I wish for other people to be lucky enough to stay here, I hope I get my reservation in before you! Having been a heavy traveler I've learned what's important and what would be nice to have during a stay. I've been to about 12 countries in a 4 year period so I understand how a long day leaves you to just want to get "home" at the end of each day. I understand the importance of having a place that fulfills a lot of hotel and home-like needs, so we aim to deliver the highest level of service.
