"THE BRIDGEWOOD" Modern Architectural Home w/Putting Green + Pool

Welcome to Bridgewood Townhomes! This townhome community was designed by one of Arizona’s most respected and renown modernist architects Alfred Newman Beadle. We have fully remodeled this 950 sq. ft. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhome with modern designer touches throughout to create a memorable experience during your stay.

Whether you are in town for business or pleasure you will enjoy the central location as well as essentials, luxuries and more. Conveniently located to major freeways (60, 101, and 202) and nearby Cubs spring training field Sloan park, Arizona state university, Mesa community college, banner hospital and 11 miles from Phoenix sky harbor airport.

We love our furry and nonfurry friends and remind guests that pets are an additional charge of $60 per pet per stay and must be disclosed before check-in :)

The place was very unclean, white drapes were black bottom 6 inches, fridge & stove dirty, bbq dirty.....I could go on and on with lots more stuff (also furniture uncomfortable) but I would definitely never stay here again. VRBO should kick them off their site as it hurts here brand. They did send someone in to clean while we were there since we complained but even with that, awful place.....DO NOT BOOK!!!!!!

We have been hosts for almost 10 years and take pride in our accommodations. We have a professional cleaning crew that fully cleans the property after every single guest. We get reviews from happy guests all the time about how comfortable our accommodations are. Unfortunately this guests expeditions were unreasonably high. We did everything we could to go above and beyond. We sent our cleaning team back to property to do an additional deep clean but nothing could meet this guests satisfaction. We will continue to pay attention to the details to make our home the best it can be for guests. Book with confidence as this is an review is not the experience of the majority.

Great communication with host who responded quickly to a couple of concerns. This accommodation has great potential. Good location and roomy. Comfortable beds and two bathrooms. I usually don't post annoyances in this way. However, most of the linens are old and sparse, the shower door in the back bathroom had to be propped closed so it didn't slide open during the shower and the overhead light in the back bedroom went on spontaneously during the night twice. Maybe it was operator error? Unfortunately, it was very rainy while we were visiting so we never saw the pool and the parking lot flooded.

Great for what we needed

3 adults was a great stay. There was enough room for all of us, beds were comfy and plenty of pillows and bedding. The outdoor space was wonderful, the only thing we missed was a gas fire pit or some lights over the porch for when it got dark. Great location to stores, groceries, bars and restaurants.

Perfect size home for our vacation. Quiet neighborhood. Close to food and things to do. We had the pool to ourselves every day which was nice. I am ready to come back to Mesa already!!

Claimed to sleep 6, were only 2 beds. Dirty dishes in the cupboards, dust on all the cieling fans, water filter needs replaced, we had to buy water for our stay, the outdoor area was completely unkempt. Had animal feces in the yard, and debris from trees, etc...outdoor area was not usable. Shampoo and conditioner had gone rancid, bedding washed in something far too fragrant. Not enough extra blankets

The townhome was super clean at arrival and smelled great. They went above and beyond to provide items that you would need like big bottle shampoos and conditioners or laundry detergent. Would definitely stay again if we needed to be back at ASU

All correspondence with the host was always timely and helpful. All questions were answrred right away and uodates for check in and out were always on time. I would stay there again if i was in mesa, Arizona. The size was perfect for us and a quiet neighborhood where we could enjoy just sitting outside.

We stayed at the townhome for 9 days - I had trouble getting into the lockbox and Daniel called me right away to help me get into it. He always responded back right away when I had questions. It was nice to stay in a place with a washer and dryer. Nice patio. The swimming pool was nice but it was too cold for us to use.

This is a small community of townhomes. Very private.

The community only has 88 townhomes and the intimate pool isn't used very much that seems like a private majority of the time.
