Welcome to our 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom property!

**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**
Just finished construction in 2020! This brand new canyons single level condo is furnished and finished to the highest standard. Enjoy the comforts of gas fireplaces, flat screen TVs and a short couple min walk to the ski gondola. Two bedrooms provide space and seclusion when needed. Both rooms have large en suite bathrooms with brand new fixtures and fittings. Access to our year round outdoor pool and hot tub are adjacent to our unit.

**BEDROOM LAYOUT**
The Master Bedroom features a luxurious King bed, complete with a flat-screen TV for entertainment, and an attached full bath for your privacy and convenience.
The second room offers another inviting King bed, a flat-screen TV for your viewing pleasure, and a full bath, providing both comfort and functionality.

Beautiful and roomy. Great location. Canyons shuttle is free and comes to front door and 10 min walk to Cabriolet lift. Would book again. Park City Host was very responsive to all questions and needs.

Nicely located condo with plenty of space for 2 couples to share. Comfortable bedding and nice warm shower! Matthew and the team were very responsive to all of our inquiries (we had many, especially at the start of our stay).

This was a very noisy condo. We listened to constant (movement) ie thumping and toilets flushing above us every night. Not a very restful experience.

We loved this rental! It was modern and comfortable and had everything we needed. There was an ease of getting in and out of the rental by using the elevators near by. There is a Canyons Connections Shuttle that was easy to use and very convenient for our skiing activities. We stayed in most nights to cook dinner and relax. The hot tub access was right across the street and we took advantage of that too. It's a beautiful rental!

Blackstone at the Canyons

Very well appointed and maintained, two bedroom with elevator. We have vacationed at the Canyons on several occasions. This property is one that we would rent again!

Terrific Two Bedroom

Blackstone is in a great location, just adjacent to the Cabriolet lift that takes you up to Canyons Village in five minutes. The condo is very nice with high quality furnishings, bedding and linens. The community pool and hot tub are right across from the condo building, so very convenient and welcomed after a long day of skiing. Every part of the rental process was well communicated and easy. Would definitely book again!

Summer Getaway

Wonderful getaway in the Canyons! The condo is new and looks down to the community pool. It is within walking distance to the gondola which was running up to the live concerts held Thursday and Saturday evenings which our daughter loved! Thanks for a great stay. Only suggestion would be to add some porch furniture. Thanks so much!

Beautiful Stay in Blackstone

The place was very nice. Very clean. We didn't use the appliances but everything was high end and appeared to be in good working condition. Hot Tub was nice but often crowded in the evening as you would expect. The unit is a bit of a walk to the gondola and upper village. Wish we new about the free shuttle app ahead of time. Our only negative issue was nowhere to securely store our stuff on the day of check in and check out. The unit itself was perfect.

Relaxing Mountain Retreat at Blackstone Residence

Blackstone Residence was the perfect place for our recent mountain getaway in Utah. The condo itself was beautifully furnished and impeccably clean. We especially loved the gas fireplace/modern kitchen with Viking appliances. After a day of exploring the area, it was wonderful to unwind in the spacious living area/private balcony. The shared pool and hot tub were fantastic amenities. The pool was a great way to cool off on a warm day, and the hot tub was perfect for soothing sore muscles after a day of hiking or skiing. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the slopes/restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Blackstone Residence and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious mountain retreat. I liked that when I had a problem with the hvac the owner of the unit responded quickly to it. I didn’t like that the noise from the upstairs unit was like they were renovating the unit while we were there and it lasted till 10:00 pm.

Perfect Location

Very clean. Love the high end appliances! Wish the knives were better, very cheap and dull. Kitchen otherwise well stocked. Furniture a little worn, master bed had indentions on both sides. My family left to ski the second half of the day and I stayed behind, right after they left someone unlocked the door (I thought they forgot something) it was a woman who said she was housekeeping. I told her we didn't leave until the next day. She said ok and left but I felt so uneasy about it. I know miscommunications can happen however. Overall I would stay again.

Great

It was a great place but two issues. One was there was only 3 total glasses, and one had a chip on the rim of the glass. There were plenty of coffee and wine glasses though. Also, both bedrooms got hot overnight. The AC would only go down to 72 degrees and by morning it was hotter than 72. There was a note that the unit would only get to 72 so I assume others experienced the same issue. Otherwise, it was a great place and a great experience.

Beautiful property. However, it was dirty beyond belief. I had to pick up handfuls of hair in both bathroom drains. Dust on all furniture, and ceiling fans filthy. When we arrived the door to the balcony was wide open and it was 80 degrees in the condo. I also would recommend that you add some more drinking glasses (the larger size- as there are only two). There are no pot holders to remove food from the oven. Lastly, proper fitting pillow cases would be recommended. There were two pillow cases on each pillow to actually fit the whole pillow- just didn't look appropriate. Again, a beautiful property but disappointed with the cleanliness.
