We had a great stay. The villa is even better in real life than in the pictures. The view is fantastic, you can see for miles along the coast from the upstairs terrace. Very close to the Praca (5 min walk, there are some hills / steps), and really easy to get to the beach. Has everything you need for a great stay - and the gas BBQ (there is also a charcoal one, don’t worry, BBQ purists) was really useful. The resort services were great too, my father had some health issues during our stay and they looked after him very well. Was fun to walk along the beach to the restaurants - BJs Oceanside is about 20 mins, and the ones the other way around 10 mins (i forget the names) - but loads of stuff at the Praca in any case. Ubers are cheap too, 5 to Quarteira, 10 into Vilamoura. Paulo was great throughout, highly recommended.

Fantastic villa. It has everything you could need. Very close to the beach, restaurants & bars. No taxis needed. Hoping to book again with Paulo who has been so helpful.

Fabulous!

We have just returned from an amazing week. The villa is spacious and clean. The facilities are great. The location is just about perfect, just a short walk from the beach, bars and restaurants and crazy golf! Paulo was great at communicating prior to our visit but then left us to enjoy ourselves. Thank you also to the ladies who popped in to change our towels etc… we all thoroughly enjoyed our time 😊

Great location.Compact house close to the beach and the square and other amenities. Would be a great house for families with younger kids as would be easy to keep an eye on them.Outdoor space could have done with a couple more sun loungers rather than the chairs.Great space upstairs with sea views for sunset and drinks.For the size villa the fridge freezer was not big enough for 7 adults as there was nowhere to keep drinks chilled as well as then have food for lunch and dinner.Had an issue with flies which kept coming in to the downstairs bathrooms.Host gave plenty of information prior to our arrival and also made contact at checkout we would recommend this villa to anyone who wants a relaxing villa holiday.

lovely house in a perfect location

Property was well located - walking distance to restaurants and beach. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Cleaners came in twice during our week which was a nice treat! The real bonus of this place for us was the host though. Paulo was so efficient, helpful and responded swiftly to any queries we had. Highly recommend. We had a great week.

Relaxing break
