Apartment located in a secure residence in Anse Mitan, less than 500 metres from the beach. <br><br>The apartment is located on the 1st floor and offers a view of the bay of Fort de France and the Pointe du Bout. <br><br>Composed of a main room with its fully equipped kitchen area and its lounge area with television and a pull-out sofa that can sleep for 2 people. A bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, air-conditioned with television and cupboard. A bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. <br><br>Is provided in the accommodation: bed linen, towel (small and large), washcloths, beach towel, tea towel. Fins, mask and snorkels. <br><br>Equipment: TV with local TNT in the living room and in the bedroom. Ceiling fan in the main room and in the bedroom. Air conditioning in the bedroom. Unlimited 4G box (exclusively reserved for the apartment). <br><br>In the residence: salt water swimming pool with balneotherapy area and parking.
