From the large south-facing balcony, you will enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the peaks of La Muzelle.<br><br>➡️ THE HIGHLIGHTS OF THE APARTMENT:<br><br>⛷️ SKI-IN/SKI-OUT: The apartment is located at the foot of the slopes. <br>Access to the green slope is directly from the 2nd floor of the building. <br>The Village chairlift and the ski pass ticket office are just 50 metres away.<br><br>🚌 AMENITIES: <br>The city centre and shops are a 10-minute walk away. <br>A free shuttle bus runs regularly at the foot of the building (departure from the 7th floor) to get around effortlessly. <br>The children's ski lessons (Champamé) are 300 metres away.<br><br>🍳 MAXIMUM EQUIPMENT:<br> Dishwasher, large fridge, and all the convivial equipment for real mountain evenings (raclette, fondue, pierrade machines).<br><br>➡️ THE LAYOUT OF THE ROOMS:<br><br>The apartment is optimally arranged to accommodate 4 to 6 people (capacity of 4 adults maximum recommended for your comfort). All the bedding and furniture are recent.<br><br>🛌 SEPARATE BEDROOM: A real sleeping area closed by a sliding door for your privacy, with a large quality 160x200 chest bed and a window overlooking the balcony.<br><br>🏔️ BRIGHT LIVING ROOM: Convivial space opening onto the south-facing balcony, including a dining area and a sofa bed of the BZ Bultex type (140x190) offering a very good extra bed.<br><br>🚪 MOUNTAIN CORNER: An ideal space for children, isolated from the living room by a sliding door, equipped with 2 bunk beds (80x190), storage space and a window.<br><br>☕ EQUIPPED KITCHENETTE: Dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, oven and microwave combined, ceramic hob, filter and Italian coffee makers, kettle, toaster.<br><br>⚠️ ATTENTION INTERIOR CONFIGURATION: Access to the bathroom (shower, hairdryer, towel dryer) as well as to the separate toilet is exclusively via the Mountain Corner. This typical layout of the resorts is important to take into account for the organisation of your beds.<br><br>➡️ PARKING AND ARRIVAL LOGISTICS:<br><br>🚗 PAID COVERED PARKING: Covered and paid parking is available in the residence (without a designated space). <br>To unload your luggage easily without stairs, go directly by car to the 5th floor of the Galibier III. <br>Park, the secure entrance to the building is at the very back of the car park on this same level.<br><br>🔑 KEY DELIVERY: The on-site reception is managed by a local partner concierge team directly at their offices (from 4 pm to 8 pm).<br><br>🌙 LATE ARRIVAL: In case of arrival after 8pm, a self-entry procedure via secure key box is available (remember to contact them in advance by email: sarahgdalpes@gmail.com).<br><br>(Note for access: The concierge service to collect your keys is located in a strictly pedestrian area not accessible to cars.
