Positives: Great location! right on the water but the views are obscured. Large rooms that sleep 4. Kitchens in the rooms that are fully stocked for your needs. (Make sure to clean up or you'll get charged). 15 minutes away from Silverwood Park. Located in a small town with surprisingly a lot of options for dining out.Negatives: The building is old and musty and could use some updating. There is no ventilation in the bathrooms, so odors and moisture just hang around. Carpets are loose and may be a trip hazard. Decks are old and warped with uneven boards and nails sticking up. Could also use a paint job. The place smells bad.Overall, the pros outweighed the cons for us. We needed a place to crash after a long day at the park and this exceeded our expectations. We understand the reason for the prices but also feel that the property is overpriced for the amount of degradation the property has sustained but also, we would book it again in the future.
