At Shallydeck, I , Khadija will be your host. . Working with numbers, travel, adventure and meeting people is my joy!. My place is located in Kilimani , Nairobi County, Kenya. The Nyumbani Restaurant next door offers delicious meals giving you a Kenyan welcome. It is a 15 minute walk from The Junction Mall & Prestige Plaza, both offering a number of restaurants, shopping spots, entertainment clubs, cafes and of course the movies.

Everything was great! Except, I received a really bad bite on my arm. I have a bruise 3 inches wide.

If I knew there was no elevator I wouldn't of rented your property. I think you should put that in the listing. Also, please put a sign about the mosquitoe adapters. I had terrible mosquitoe bites for the first week of my stay. I had to bury myself under the comforter every night to keep from getting bitten. Therefore, it was very hot and uncomfortable. I need a doctor to check right upper forearm as we speak. However, I am from U. S. and have no medical insurance in Kenya. My arm looks bad, a huge round purple bruising about 3 inches. While you were there is when it had occurred. I started inching. The next day it appeared. I have never seen anything like it. I Googled and it said it could be a wasp, mosquitoe, or spider bite. Not blaming you. But my arm is bad. Great place, if you need a lot of rooms and privacy.

Dear Charlene 1) Please call us to arrange for a good doctor or a hospital visit. You do not need insurance for that. We wish you had told us earlier of the incident before you left for upcountry, we would have made arrangements for a doctor / Hospital visit to have you reviewed. Please get in touch if still in Kenya. 2) The Kenya building regulations do not require a lift at buildings with upto 4 levels. It is not unusual in Kenya or the region. 3) We have never had unusual challange with musquitos and effective use of nisquito repellants with our guests before, Nairobi being in the tropics. We take note of your suggestion and shall endevour to train guests on the use of the equipment. 4) We remain greatful and thank you for kind words, for your visit / the good work you are doing in Kenya.

The appartement was in order. If there was a small problem, they instantly offered a solution. Very good experience.

Excellent Experience at Shallydeck P'house

Shallydeck P'house is actually a home a way from home. i liked the owner professionalism. The penthouse is tastefully furnished. Its in a quiet neighborhood. It can accommodate groups given the number of bedrooms. i highly recommend it to anyone requiring a lasting experience
