Seasonal or long term rental.
The fully equipped (air conditioning, alarm, etc.) and tastefully decorated Villa has a living area of 320sqm with 5 beautiful bedrooms (new bedding) and bathrooms for up to 10 people.
You will also be pleased to find there for your relaxation and leisure: a sauna, a whirlpool bath, a playroom with a table football game as well as a summer kitchen facing the swimming pool with a large Weber electric barbecue.
Outside, beyond the large swimming pool (salt system) and access to private tennis and pétanque courts, you will enjoy large terraces, a garden salon, large outdoor tables and a playground with swing and ping-pong table.
Outdoor parking for 3 vehicles and indoor parking for 1 vehicle complete the property.
On request, we can also put you in touch with a trusted private driver, a home chef, a tennis teacher, a babysitter, etc.
