Peaceful Paradise
The convenient, beachfront location provided an ideal getaway. The condo was perfectly appointed, with a gorgeous ocean view. Everything was updated and clean. Being able to sit at the table and look out at the ocean waves while having a drink or doing some work was very comforting. My husband went out onto the balcony last night, but it was about 37°, so he didn’t stay outside very long. But it was still a very cool experience to listen to the waves for a few minutes, he said. I had breakfast on the balcony this morning which was really special…the cool, crisp air was so refreshing.
All of the light switches were labeled, one of those nice little touches that a lot of places overlook.
While I know that most people will visit the beach during the warmer months, we really enjoyed the off-season stay. There’s a calmness about being at the ocean when it’s cold that you won’t really find in the summertime.
The owner was very good with the communication on our close-in booking - we booked the day before we wanted to arrive - and we were very happy to be able to rent this property. We are already looking forward to hopefully being able to stay there again.
