Very nice apartment of 45M2 with garden/terrace at the gates of Megève (Praz-sur-Arly) a very pretty mountain village close to several lakes (Praz sur Arly and Flumet), tree climbing, hot air balloon flight, shaded walks and nice little restaurants. Sports centre 100m away (restaurant, children's games, climbing wall, tennis, football, basketball, petanque, etc). The shops and the doctor are less than 5 minutes walk away. It is possible to rent bicycles next to the condominium (Derby Sports).<br>The apartment, very cosy, is on the ground floor, it has a master bedroom (bed 160x200) with office furniture and dressing room, a cabin bedroom with sofa convertible into a double bed (140x200) and wardrobes, a bathroom equipped with a shower and a washing and drying machine. The toilets are separate.<br>Duvets, pillows, sheets, mattress pads and bath towels are included in the rental. Beach towels are also available free of charge.<br>The spacious and comfortable living room has a fully equipped modern kitchen (large fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, hood, microwave oven), the necessary breakfast (Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, electric fondue machine, raclette, juicer, microwave, toaster, etc.), crockery for 12 people, small and large pots, a large sofa (convertible into 2 single beds), poufs and a wall-mounted TV (Wifi, orange box, Netflix)<br>Lovely garden terrace with sun loungers, table, chairs and parasol. The terrace has just been redone.<br>Outdoor parking space in front of the entrance to the condominium.<br>A BB folding bed can be made available on request at no extra cost.<br>The final cleaning is set at 90 euros (according to COVID-19 health recommendations).<br>Dogs are allowed as long as they are small and clean.<br>It is possible to rent the apartment from Sunday to Sunday.
