This large home is located in a very safe neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac. The house is laid out with the living quarters(cooking, dining, sitting, and guest bed and bath) downstairs and the family room and bedrooms upstairs. It is also close to the stores, great food and freeway which is only 13 miles from course. Our house is filled with everything you need to enjoy your vacation in humble luxury.

This property is set up in a great location right near the interstate, close to restaurants and shopping while being in a quiet neighborhood. It is also the right size and fitted with the perfect amount of furniture for a family who needs space or a group who may need the extra space for more company. Its not cluttered.
What makes this property unique
While being in an older area like Augusta its right on the outskirts where the city is growing. You get the old charm by going downtown or take a few exits up and your in the brand new town. There are all the luxuries of big city in the center of town while not being too big city.
