Located in Salou, in Cap Salou, very quiet area. Surrounded by coves with crystal clear water and fine white sand. At 200m. comercial area shopping and restaurants. At 400m. bus every 15 minutes to Salou center, Port Aventura, Aquopolis Water park, Ferrari Land, golf clubs. Also organized tours to Barcelona, ​​Gaudí route and the main cities of the Costa Dorada.

Spacious and in good location

We loved the location as it is near the beach and shops and not too far to drive to Portaventura and Aquopolis. The property has also the lovely poo l at the property. Family friendly with even a wide selection of board games ! Very clean and great air conditioning which made our stay very pleasant and comfortable.

Overall villa requires tlc, furnishings very tired and need up-dating. Especially the tiles around the pool that are broken and are a trip hazard.No toilet located on same level as the pool (which is not ideal for those with young children). The electrics around the villa are in a poor state, with some exposed wiring in the bedrooms. The check in process, was very rushed, and we were not able to check the whole villa before they left. The villa was not the cleanest on arrival. The kitchen facilities were good, with plenty of utensils. Air-conditioned throughout including every bedroom which was greatly appreciated on a hot day in August. (However, One bedroom air conditioning leaked towards end of holiday) The pool was absolutely fantastic and made the holiday, children absolutely loved it. The villa is in a good location, walking distances to multiple beaches and a short taxi ride to Salou and themepark and waterparks. Also be aware that the villa is located in a residential area and access to the pool after 11pm is not allowed. If refurbished, I would recommend this villa to others.

Villa a bit dated

Arrived Saturday to find no towels, had to request through vrbo, supplied Saturday evening, there was no hot water for showers, contacted owner who sent out engineer to check it out, hot water not working until Tuesday evening, toaster not working, replacement supplied during second week, most door handles came off when trying to open or shut doors, which caused one of my grandchildren to be temporary locked in the bathroom, also damaged tiles around the pool area, also had to request the pool to be cleaned out. My overall impression is the villa is a bit dated, and requires a lot of work to bring it up to the required standards that we would expect for the price that we paid for the rental.

Mooie locatie met spectaculair uitzicht

Leuke charmante vila met wat kleine gebreken, maar de rest maakt veel goed.Prachtig uitzicht en veel ruimte en een heerlijk zwembad. Wij hadden alleen problemen met de aanwezigheid van kakkerlakken . Dit echt niet fijn. Waren ook in onze slaapkamer en daardoor maar gaan slapen in de huiskamer waar het minder erg was. Maar het is niet echt relaxt. In de keuken hebben we ze gelukkig niet gezien.

Lovely holiday

Large, homely property with great views and everything you need. Great location with lovely beaches, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Quite hilly so not suitable if any mobility issues. Roser was very accessible and responsive.

Buenas vacaciones familiares

Buenas! Nos alojamos en esta villa durante una semana. Lo hemos pasado muy bien y la zona es muy tranquila. Roser fue amable y atenta con nosotros y la casa en general está muy bien, sobre todo el aire acondicionado, el cual funciona muy bien, y la zona exterior (piscina con tumbonas y mesa). La parte negativa sería el tema del aparcamiento, ya que no cuenta con garaje cerrado y al ir en tres coches tuvimos que maniobrar bastante. Sin embargo, fueron unos días agradables. Gracias!

Suciedad y abandono

Nos encontramos con una casa sin limpiar, tuvimos que barrer, fregar tras limpiar y desinfectar la fregona, y limpiar baños; ya que nos encontramos con bichos muertos, mascarillas, piercing, ropa sucia y botellas empezadas bajo las camas. Ademas el mantenimiento es pésimo o nulo, suciedad en el fondo de la piscina, barandillas sueltas, hamacas casi partidas, en general sensación de Abandono de la casa.

Excellent villa, superb location, highly recommended

Lovely and clean on arrival, spacious and stunning villa with 180 degrees of beautiful sea views. Two large terraces with seating areas. Views can be seen from two large bedrooms on the top floor, lovely to wake up to. The pool was fantastic and clean with a deeper end at one side, so ideal for a morning swim. Air conditioning throughout and a spacious dining room inside and outside. We used the barbecue several nights for meals along with the kitchen on the second floor. Thirteen of us stayed here and we had a lovely time, short walk to the centre with a few restaurants and a lovely view of the sunset. At least 4 lovely secluded beaches nearby. Loved every minute of this holiday in a stunning villa. Will be returning soon.!

Perfect location

Perfect location to relax in peace and quiet but only 5 mins walk from the local bars, restaurants and shops. 15 min by bus into salou or take the very scenic pathed walk along the rocky coast into salou which takes 45min-60min. The property is clean and well presented. The pool and sun area is perfect with plenty of sun beds. Great communication with the owner!! I will be going back.

Why they chose this property

Villa Regine is a very special house. It is one of the few current villas remaining in the area of Salou close to beach. The area of Cap Salou is a green and protected area. The house was purchased in 1995 and completely rebuilt following the existing architectural style. After several renovations have been made: 2000, 2004, 2010, 2013 and 2016. To have it always like new.
Its terraces and windows with panoramic sea views are fantastic and the large 1500m garden ensures total privacy.

Cap Salou is very quiet area. Villa Regine is excellently located, very close to the beach, surrounded by privated forest pine and it's perfect for relax.
