About this property

Beautiful basement apartment near the center and outdoor paths

This basement is 1500 sq feet and furnished with everything you need. There is a soft, comfortable couch for watching tv, full sized oven, stove, refrigerator and freezer. There is an above-range microwave for ventilation. There are three closets, two are large walk-in closest. There is a pantry and shelving for food storage. The shower has double shower heads and plenty of water pressure. In the master bedroom there is a pretty, decorative fireplace with LED candles. Our back gate opens up to a large, beautiful park with a kids play area and a frisbee golf course. We are walking distance to St. George golf course, tennis court and trails along the river. We are about 7 minutes drive to the hospital and 10 minutes to downtown. We live in a quiet, family-friendly cul-de-sac.

Lovely host and great location.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Comfortable with all the amenities, the parks and walking path out the back was the perfect touch for an extended stay. Kirsten's recommendations never disappointed - we didn't need much but she was quick to respond to any question or inquiry.
