Beautiful, private vacation space. Cabin feel right outside the city!

Come enjoy our vacation rental! All new in 2015. We're in a fantastic neighborhood - close to Duluth's Spirit Mountain skiing & biking, the retail district, and lots of things to do and see! The apartment has a full kitchen, beautiful bath and living room & king bedroom.

This is a fantastic space in a safe neighborhood that is close to everything. Everything is renovated and in great condition in this apartment, vacation space. The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room had in ultra plush futon!
You have access to the entire rental apartment - living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, closet, and outdoor patio.This unit is completely free of stairs and only has a small step lip to step over into the tiles shower

Hermantown is Duluth's upscale suburb. It’s close to everything!

By car:
10 minutes to Spirit Mountain's main entrance
12 minutes to Canal Park & Downtown Duluth
10 minutes to the Miller Hill Mall and the Shopping district
12 minutes to the Duluth International Airport

Our plowing service will clear the driveway if there is more than 2 inches of snow. You will be alerted prior to this happening and be asked to move your vehicle to the road during this time. In the case of extreme snowstorms, there may be delays. Our city street may not get plowed as fast. A snow shovel is provided for you to do any necessary shoveling from your door to your vehicle.

This property is a gem in the Duluth North Shore region. The property is just off the beaten path that you're not in the hustle and bustle of the city, yet only minutes from anything you need for your stay. The apartment was super clean and there were plenty of amenities for the basics. The rules were clear and the place was just perfect! I can't thank the hosts enough for this spot!

The cabin was clean, and communication to the host were fine. Just a small problem dealing with VRBO. The beds were EXCELLANT!!!! We slept great. They have great mattresses. they must be special because, I have back problem and I fell asleep immediately after going to bed and waking up with no back problems every night we stayed there. Large living room area and kitchen area was great, Would recommend it. Nice electric fireplace for when it is cool or just as a background.

Clear communication on rules, location, look/feel - everything! Definitely was comfortable, clean, and will return to stay there when returning to the area. Loved it! It was our first time using Vrbo or any of this type of rental as well and will chose this over a hotel any day. Host and Vrbo made it very easy!

Why they chose this property

We loved the park like feel of this property. And the previous owners had converted the lower level into a mother in law suite that had the most quaint northwoods feel with tongue and groove walls. Its on a quiet dirt road and there is always something beautiful to see outside, wildlife, a winter wonderland, the thick green woods or the bright reds and oranges in the fall from all the maple trees
