Charming one level 1940's stone cottage in the heart of Northern Virginia. Cozy and warm and only 20 minutes out of our nation's capital. Large yard for kids and outside entertaining. Outdoor amenities include two patio seating areas, a fire-pit, and a gas grill. Inside there is a gourmet kitchen, two fireplaces and a beautifully decorated living area. .
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Host respomded in a tinely manner to questions before and during our stay. Even though we didn't use them, access to the full size washerr and dryer was nice.. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and accessoties. Living and dining room seating limited. Especially, if you have more than 4 guests. Remarkably quiet for being close to a busy main street. Easy access to metro. There is a daily charge for the parking garage. Enjoyed our short stay.

We had a very nice time at the cozy family cottage. The house is charming with a large backyard—the master bedroom with attached bathroom is gorgeous. Drew was a welcoming host. We would definitely stay there again!

We were in town for my grandfather's funeral at Arlington National Cemetery. Andrew was a fantastic host and very accommodating of my family. The house is lovely and well worth it if you need a place to stay in NOVA. The house was very clean, and the primary bedroom is amazing (with a gas fireplace, very cozy during the winter). Thanks, Drew!

The house was beautifully renovated. Radiator heat. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Host was very communicative and helpful. One of the best places we have stayed. Convenient to everything in NOVA and DC.

This house is amazing. We brought our 2 college sons and 2 dogs. Plenty of room for everyone. The backyard is large and fenced in and our dogs loved it. The rooms were clean and roomy, the bathrooms were fully stocked, and the kitchen had plenty of room. We loved the backyard fireplace and patio and spent 2 nights out there. The neighborhood is quiet and in close proximity to great resturaunts. Andrew the host is quick to reapond and gives detailed instructions pre visit and in the welcome book. We would definitely recommend this house!

The hosts were very accommodating from the very start! The home is immaculate and very cozy. It was awesome to have access to coffee and other cooking items when we made breakfast each day. The kitchen is very well stocked. It is located in a great location and super quiet. We look forward to being able to stay here again in the future.

The property and the house were great. The description on VRBO was accurate. Due to us having two groups coming in from different states a total of 6 people. Our rent a car did not have enough room for all the luggage, so we were allowed to drop some of the luggage off prior to 4:00 pm checking so we could meet the rest of the group at the airport and have enough room for more luggage. We really appreciated the help with this issue. The house is located in an awesome area, no issues at all and was within driving distance of lots of main attractions in the area. Something for the host to check is some of the stone/tile on the steps in the back yard are loose and could cause a tripping/slipping hazard, so just be aware, also the AC thermostat kept going back to preset setting, so the house was not staying cool enough. Overall, the owner and the property/house deserve an excellent rating of a 5 because our whole family had a great time stay in this house, which was clean and had everything we need to enjoy our stay.
