This was a very nice place to stay in the Falls Church area. The house was clean and listing was accurate. Check in and out was easy. We brought our dog and the big back yard was a plus.

We had a very nice time at the cozy family cottage. The house is charming with a large backyard—the master bedroom with attached bathroom is gorgeous. Drew was a welcoming host. We would definitely stay there again!

Host respomded in a tinely manner to questions before and during our stay. Even though we didn't use them, access to the full size washerr and dryer was nice.. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and accessoties. Living and dining room seating limited. Especially, if you have more than 4 guests. Remarkably quiet for being close to a busy main street. Easy access to metro. There is a daily charge for the parking garage. Enjoyed our short stay.

We were in town for my grandfather's funeral at Arlington National Cemetery. Andrew was a fantastic host and very accommodating of my family. The house is lovely and well worth it if you need a place to stay in NOVA. The house was very clean, and the primary bedroom is amazing (with a gas fireplace, very cozy during the winter). Thanks, Drew!

Previous reviews had listed issues with a bed sinking in the middle and bees in the kitchen. It seems to me that the host took appropriate measures to resolve these issues as we didn’t have any problems whatsoever. The house was really nice and clean and that’s saying a lot since I’m super picky about cleanliness! The master bedroom is an add-on to the house and has a nice Serta mattress that is adjustable. The master bath has a sizable walk-in shower with great shower heads and the floor tiles are heated! The kitchen had all the amenities we needed with a double oven and a nice gas range. We didn’t have the opportunity to use the back yard or outdoor amenities. Because the home is older, the layout of the smaller two bedrooms and the bathroom is odd, but is of no consequence, especially if your children are staying in them. Washer and dryer are newer and in good shape. The only down sides to the place: sirens are fairly frequent due to the proximity of the nearby road, but a pair of earplugs at night solves that issue; the sleeping area downstairs appears to have no escape in the event of a fire. We did not need to use that area anyway, so not a big deal. We really did love the place and would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautifully renovated. Radiator heat. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Host was very communicative and helpful. One of the best places we have stayed. Convenient to everything in NOVA and DC.

The hosts were very accommodating from the very start! The home is immaculate and very cozy. It was awesome to have access to coffee and other cooking items when we made breakfast each day. The kitchen is very well stocked. It is located in a great location and super quiet. We look forward to being able to stay here again in the future.

We loved this great cottage!

Clean, convenient, incredibly well stocked. This house had a very cozy neighborhood vibe but was extremely close to the highway which made travel to Tyson's corner and DC pretty easy. The hosts were excellent and we would happily stay here again soon.
