About this property

Charismatic Downtown Apartment

Our beautifully renovated apartment is fresh and clean with lots of natural light, centrally located near all that Lancaster City has to offer! Attractions within walking distance abound, including the Clipper Magazine Stadium, F&M College, the historic Belvedere Inn, and much more. The kitchen is stocked with essentials, similar to a hotel suite with additional utensils for light cooking, and there are several excellent grocery stores nearby if you desire to make your own meals.

The space
The apartment has recently been lovingly renovated, as well as furnished with all new furniture. The apartment features two private bedrooms, including an adorable upper bedroom with exposed beams and a hanging hammock seat, and entertainment center in the living room you will never want to leave! Please note: A flight of stairs leads to the apartment. Street parking is free, but the parking surrounding our home is private and does not belong to us, so park there at your own risk

Our guests can use the entire apartment and everything in it, as well as the washer and dryer in the basement

Other things to note
This apartment is on the second floor of an apartment building, we have tenants that live directly below. We ask that our guests be respectful of them and their privacy and try to minimize noise, especially at night

Though the house is a old one, the hosts tried their best to keep it clean, convenient and comfortable. It had everything needed for a short stay. Easy walk to most important locations and shops.

Horrible,the apartment was smelling like rotten fish specially the refrigerator. I had to wash it. No parking space,no clean linen. Bad experience

We are very transparent about the parking. It is listed as a fcfs on street only non-metered. That is something that we are honest about and cannot control. All linens are cleaned and rotated in between all guest reservations. We wish you would have reached out to us with concerns during your stay. All our reviews are positive, but we appreciate your constructive point of view

Not bad

Alot of stairs to get into apartment, very tiny but served its purpose as a place to sleep and shower between events. Pictures definitely need updated and parking is not easy so we opted to pay 15.00 to park in the garage. Which is in walking distance. We never cooked in the place either or use any appliances.

Enjoyable short stay

The owners were very fast with responses to my questions as well as accommodating to an early check in and knowledgeable about surrounding activities. The apartment was cozy and clean. It is definitely centrally located to shops and restaurants. It is however very noisy. Sirens and people talking outside at all hours but that is out of the owners control. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
