This 2,300-square-foot coastal home is built for groups who want to be close to everything without sacrificing space or comfort. Four bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests: a king suite with ensuite bath, a queen bedroom, a bunk room with a full and twin bunk, and a bunk room with four twin-over-twin bunks — a layout that works just as well for a family reunion as it does for a multigenerational beach week.
When you’re not on the water, the covered decks give you a front-row seat to the ocean. Ease into the hot tub as the sun sets over the pier, gather around the electric fireplace on cooler evenings, or head downstairs to the game room for a ping pong match. Guests also enjoy access to the Kinnakeet Shores community pool — a resort-style pool just minutes from the front door.
Avon is one of the most walkable villages on Hatteras Island. The pier, local restaurants, shops, and watersports rentals are all within easy walking or biking distance. Everything you came to the Outer Banks for is right here.
