The Atlantic View neighborhood was built back in the 1950's as one of the first ocean front communities in San Juan. It is a quiet residential area that is located in the tourist zone of Isla Verde steps from the famous Isla Verde beach, voted The Best Urban Beach in America by USA Today.

Casita Reina is nestled on a dead-end street which makes for a quiet location. Only the few residents that live here drive down this street.
