Elegant and recently renovated with a stunning sea view, Balcone della Rocca is located near "la Rocca", one of the most suggestive areas of the whole Historical Center.

The apartment is on 3 levels and has two entrances: from the one on the bottom, you will access a first double bedroom with bathroom and shower. Then, after a few stairs, you will enter into a kitchen/living room area with balcony and the second entrance. Here you will find a few other stairs that will allow you to reach the upper level, where there is another master bedroom with bathroom, shower and a balcony with sea view.
