Nice holiday home in the south-east of the Auvergne

This cosy holidayhouse "Plein Sud" (70sqm) is in the south-east of the Auvergne. An area which still has an unspoiled nature. It's in a part of an renovated traditional farm built out of granit stone. The owners a dutch-french couple live in the other part of the house. You have ofcourse for complete privacy. It's also near the track of saint Jacques the Compostello. There is a garden, with a beautiful view. You can play Badminton in the meddow, There is a small swimmingpool (round 5m diameter, 1.20 deep).Only in summer. Beautiful hiking and mountain bike area. Very nice for families

* A complete and cosy equipped kitchen, Fireplace and central heating
Along the forest, The lake 'Lavalette" is only 10 min by car
