Family Friendly Home near Fort Stewart. 3bd/2bath

Comfortable Home Away from Home!!!

Our home is veteran owned and managed by us, the owners. We are not property managers, investors with many properties or a realtor/broker. Our goal is to provide you with a safe, comfortable and affordable place to stay that feels like home while visiting Hinesville and the surrounding area.

Quiet, safe, established residential single family home. You will have the entire home to yourself. Recent updates, comfortable 3 bedroom/2 bathrooms, one being an office with trundle bed (2 single or 1 full size bed). Fully equipped eat-in kitchen and laundry room, large backyard with charcoal grill, outdoor seating, screened patio and carport. Close to Fort Stewart, shopping and restaurants. Located 20 minutes from 95, and 35 minute drive to Savannah.

Three large smart TVs with Roku. High speed internet. Workspace in office/3rd bedroom.

Outdoor games/toys. Indoor games, coloring books and card games.

Keyless entry. Hallway motion censored night lights. Outdoor path lighting.. Outdoor motion censored security cameras. Cameras are located at the front door, carport, back and side of the house. These cameras are for security and insurance purposes. If any of the cameras are tampered with your reservation will be canceled, you will be required to leave the property and you will not receive a refund.

We understand things happen and plans may change. We highly suggest guests have travelers insurance. We are not responsible for refunds or approving alterations for different dates. This includes changes due to weather.

Owners/Hosts are not responsible for power and internet outages outside of their control.

We proudly support our military. and welcome soldiers and their families who are pcs'g and need a place to stay while waiting for housing to become available.

We also welcome and enjoy hosting traveling, medical personnel, first responders and contractors.

Our home is also available to folks who are looking for an extended stay during the winter months. We have enjoyed opening our home each year to several snowbirds.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please follow house rules outlined in guest book. *We reserve the right to cancel reservations without a refund if house rules are not followed.
Only approved guests at the time of booking allowed to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was neat and clean. We had all the comforts of home. We did not cook meals because we ate with family in the area, but the kitchen seemed to have everything one would need. It was a convenient location while visiting our son and daughter in law. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this home if you need a place in this area.

This house was absolutely lovely! It was immaculately clean and comfortable. It felt like I had lived there for years. Everything I needed was available to me. They even had butter in the fridge. The host was extremely responsive when we had questions. If you can’t find anything to do locally just check out the closet full of board games. The almost adult kids with me played them all! Definitely my go to house next time I’m in town.

Fabulous host and well appointed home!

This was our second stay at this home and we loved it. This is the most well appointed home we’ve ever stayed in, and the host provides many thoughtful touches, including a birthday card and plant for my mother, whose birthday we came here to celebrate. Communication is great, check in and check out are a breeze. We’d love to stay here again on our next trip to Hinesville!

A really great house

Stayed here for three weeks. The house is very clean. Carrie was very helpful for anything that is needed. The screened in back porch is comfortable. A great value for a long stay down south.

Great place

It was a great spot that had everything you can need the bed and pillows was so comfortable. The only issue was the microwave which would stop if it’s not closed right. So all you need to do it close the microwave regularly and then press on the glass so it closes with the sensors

Thank you for your kind review. Lanyia was polite and communicated often. The living room and the kitchen were a bit messy with food, spills and crumbs on the floors and, stove and counter. The sofa was left heavily soiled and stained. It took additional time and effort to clean, and left some permanent marks. The guest did acknowledged that it was from her child eating and understood a request for additional payment would be made. At the time of this review (5 days post stay) payment has not been received.

Very well stocked kitchen and linens and games. Safe and quiet neighborhood except for road noise. Would be helpful to have hand grabs in master bath shower. Carrie is super responsive.

Close to Family

My brothers and I came out from Vegas to visit our terminally ill father. This house was very clean and comfortable! I was able to work in the office room and there was plenty of space for us to spend quality time together. Host was very kind and responded quickly to any questions I had. Thank you for helping us spend some meaningful time with our father before he passed. Our truly means the world!
