You'll love staying at this beautiful condo where you're always steps away from the ocean, beach, dining, and shopping. After a day at the beach, head back into the studio where you can spread out and watch TV, cool off in the A/C, or grab a drink and head to the lanai just to watch the waves crash and the day end. This complex is oceanfront, therefore, offers marvelous views of the beach and the ocean. Spend the day in the shared outdoor pool and then take advantage of the gas grills next to the pool to spice up your meals a tad. After spending the day at the beach or the pool, soothe your tired muscles in the shared hot tub available.

The beach is merely steps away as is the pool. Coconut Grove Marketplace is about 100 yards from this condo and features dining options, shopping, groceries, and even complimentary Hula shows a few times every week. Next door is Lava Lava Beach Club where you can dine, drink, and even play ball with your feet in the sand. About four miles up the highway is the historic town of Kapaa where you can park once and walk to the beach, dining, shopping, or even rent a bicycle. Take a day trip to Hanalei where you can take in the views on the drive down to the valley as you approach the Pier, beach, and multiple shops in this amazing town.

Already planning our next trip here

Liked: airport proximity, pool/bar, atmosphere, restaurants next door, ABC close by, central to things on both ends of the island, don’t need to leave here the whole time if you don’t want to Disliked: almost nothing, needs a few maintenance things done (a few spots of water damage in the plaster, cracks around doors)

The property was gorgeous. We loved being able to walk over to the Coconut Marketplace and grab dinner, then bring it back to eat by the pool or beach. Watching the sunrise on the beach every morning was also an incredible experience.

I really like the lanai and the grass area looking at the beach. It’s walking distance to the pool and ice machine is right across the way very convenient. We stayed three nights. It was wonderful. We definitely will come back.

Perfect for our stay

The room was just right for me and my two younger adult daughters with 2 beds, bathroom, and kitchenette. The welcome baskets of lo al treats was a fun surprise! We could view the ocean and beautiful grounds from our lanai. We we're steps from the beach, pool, and Lava Lava Beach Club, as well as Coconut Marketplace. We would definitely return.

Quick Staff Communication

First day after checkin we had issues with the air conditioner not cooling. We messaged the staff and they sent staff over within 10 minutes! Thank you to the man who came that evening to help us! Property was clean and accurate to listing. Location was perfect next to the marketplace and not too far from the airport.

Nice unit but no coffee or filters!

Clean, renovated unit not far from the beach. The beds were comfortable. I was very surprised that there was no coffee or filters. The management company left sweets and a granola bar but are not contracted to provide coffee. There is a coffee shop nearby and grocery stores have filters... It was a disappointment though.

Do not rent this room! The resort overall was very nice but this is the worst room in the place. It was very wet and musty. The chairs were moldy, the surfaces were dirty. This was privately owned so we were not allowed any of the amenities of the other guests such as pool towels or washing machines. We were given 3 towels for 4 people for 5 days with no way to wash them. The shower had to no way of keeping the water in the designated shower area so the entire bathroom floored was flooded after each shower. We took pictures of the mold and several other things in the room and the only response was "we will pass this information along to management". We had another group staying at this same resort and their room was very nice so I do believe that the problem lies in this room and has very poor care takers.

The blinds were off the hooks so it was a little difficult to open the blinds. People came a day early to change the locks so perhaps a call or text to confirm date of departure would be helpful but overall beautiful location and great amenities. I would come back!

Loved the location of the property and the proximity to the beach. It is not a truly "beach facing" condo... but has beach view from the patio! This particular unit is a private unit... so you cannot expect the daily maintenance and other perks that come with renting a unit through the Condo complex. Also, there is no daily cleaning service or exchange of towels for the unit. So if you plan to stay for more than two days, you need to arrange for your own cleaning and other supplies. Except that drawback, this will be a perfect stay for a two-day stay!
