About this property

Private apartment in a chalet at the base of the slopes, sleeps 5–7, south-facing terrace

Our Chaletauxorres is ideally located in Les Orres 1650 at the level of the Prébois snow front (route de Bois Méan) facing the mountains, facing south with a large terrace.

It is ski-in and ski-out at the foot of the slopes, you put on your shoes directly at the chalet to take the chairlift which is just opposite and you return to the chalet on skis!
In summer, you will take advantage of the proximity of the Lake of Serre-Ponçon and the Durance to indulge in all water activities!

In all seasons, its south-facing terrace will invite you to relax.

Our entire chalet is Le chalet de Prébois', with 3 accommodation (Arnica for 10 people, Aconite for 5/7 people and Trolle for 3 people) which can be rented together or separately.

The ACONIT chalet is a duplex facing the slope, very sunny, it is comfortably furnished in a warm mountain style.

It has an independent entrance with a private terrace facing south, on the airside.

Living room with equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, hood, 4-burner ceramic hob, a large combined microwave oven, fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine + insulated electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, fondue machine, pressure cooker.....) a large table with benches to take meals facing the slope, a lounge area (pull-out bench (sleeping for 2 people), 1 rest bench), TV.

Interior staircase to go down to the bedroom (double bed 140 X190) storage, window, large mountain area with 3 single bunk beds (90X190) window, 1 toilet separate from the bathroom with shower cubicle, built-in sink, towel radiator, hairdryer, storage and washing machine.

Free fibre Wi-Fi.

Ski room.

Parking nearby.

Shops and the heart of the resort just a few minutes' walk away (4 to 500 metres) or free shuttle.
