House in the heart of a winegrowing village

Three-story house.<br>On the ground floor, there is a large living area, a dining table, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a laundry room.<br>A unique staircase leads to the bathroom, a separate toilet, and the first bedroom.<br>Another staircase leads to two additional bedrooms.<br><br>The house is located in the heart of a wine-growing village, where there are many wineries to visit.<br>Just a short walk from the house, you’ll find a bakery; 20 metres away, a small supermarket and a butcher shop; and a little further into the village is the pharmacy.<br>The village is very quiet and is located very close to Auxerre (a 10-minute drive) and Chablis, with its famous Sunday morning market (20 minutes away).<br>There are many walking trails to explore among the vineyards and along the rivers.
