This comfortable and fully renovated apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a secure residence with elevator. With its modern decoration, it consists of a duplex living space of 20 sq. m and includes:
- a bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed,
- a sleeping area on the mezzanine with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a bathroom with shower,
- a fully equipped kitchenette (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hotplates),

You will find the beach in about twenty minutes on foot as well as many bars and restaurants around your rental: try the bakery Dupont, the popular pizzeria Il Parasole or the café-bar with good atmosphere Les Artistes. Lastly, if you feel like it, go to the port of Deauville and its famous Planches.
