This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath Manasquan beach home is a sun-soaked paradise. Enter into this home via the beautiful wraparound porch which will provide endless hours of enjoyment. It’s great for hanging out on lazy afternoons, reading a book, or even better for enjoying a cool breeze and conversation. There are ceiling fans, rocking chairs and a porch swing to ensure your comfort as you while away the hours. Walk thru the front door into a 2 story, open floor plan home with high ceilings and large windows all around for plenty of natural light. The eat-in kitchen features stainless steel appliances, gas cook top, granite and mahogany counters, pantry and an island with a breakfast bar. Enjoy hanging at the counter so you can mix and mingle with the cook and guests. Through a sliding door, there is a private patio and enclosed yard. Relax and enjoy comfortable lounge chairs, a fire pit, a BBQ gas grill and the best part – an outdoor shower for after the beach! The family room has a comfy couch and chairs, and a 55” flat screen HDTV. There is a warm and inviting gas fireplace. There is also a living room and dining room in this open floor plan to enjoy an elegant evening at home. This home sleeps 8 comfortably. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a club chair with ottoman, and an en-suite bath. There is a walk-in shower, dual sinks and a large soaking tub. 3 other bedrooms feature a queen, a full and 2 twin beds. The eastern exposure of these rooms offer beautiful light and balmy breezes. There is an adjacent bath with tub/shower and dual sinks. There are bikes and beach chairs and badges to enjoy the short ride to one of the best beaches at the Jersey shore. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, we’re just a short walk to downtown restaurants, shops and bars. There is a park close by for the kids to enjoy and the Glimmer Glass & Manasquan River for kayaking or water sports.
