• Fireplace is wood-burning — bring your own firewood

• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
• Property Access: Your privacy is important to us. While we do not anticipate needing to access the property during your stay, authorized management, maintenance, housekeeping, or service personnel may occasionally need to enter for inspections, repairs, maintenance, safety concerns, or emergencies. Whenever reasonably possible, we will make every effort to notify you in advance. If we are unable to reach you, do not receive a response, or immediate access is reasonably necessary, authorized personnel may enter after knocking and announcing themselves, or immediately in the event of an emergency, as permitted by applicable law. We will always respect your privacy and strive to minimize any disruption to your stay.
• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

Thank you for your kind words. We are so glad you found the place clean and comfortable, and we’re happy to hear you enjoyed the hot tub. We hope to host you again sometime.
This was such a beautiful stay! The view is gorgeous and the cabin was perfect for my boyfriend and I! The cabin is in its own little area so you don’t have any neighbors which we loved. The host is very responsive as well!
We really enjoyed our stay at this location! The view was incredible and it was a cozy size just for my husband and I. I wouldn't recommend more than 3 people to stay there as it is an open concept and there is not a lot of privacy, but it works great for couples. The host was very responsive and provided all the details we needed. The Keurig had stopped working on our first day and I let the host know, not expecting a new one to be delivered that same day! Excellent service and we will definitely tell our friends! The only thing I wished we had was a dining table. Our meals that we had at the cabin were eaten at the little coffee table and it just wasn't the most comfortable, but honestly that is my only "complaint." We were able to see 2 different bears during our stay in late April and that was one of the highlights of the trip :)

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the view, the cozy atmosphere, and the bear sightings—what a special highlight! We truly appreciate your kind words about our responsiveness and are glad the details made your stay comfortable.
Lovely little cabin with awesome views! Very clean and well kept. Very conveniently located to downtown gatlinburg as well as the arts community. Stayed here with my husband and 14-month old. Very easy and clear check-in/out instructions from host.
Me and my husband need a little weekend get away from the kids. The little cabin was perfect for us. The hot tub is noce and the view is amazing from the balcony!! Close enough to shops and trails but far enough up to feel secluded and private. We would love to stay again the hostess was very friendly and check in was super easy!
Overall it was cute and perfect for 2 people. Only complaints is the hot tub was dirty and the bed sank when you laid in it, we kept rolling into each other in the middle, def needs a new bed.
We rented this cabin for my birthday trip to Gatlinburg and would definitely book here again! The views were INCREDIBLE! We also loved how secluded we felt without being too far from the downtown area. The cabin was clean overall. The only thing we werent fans of was how the hot tub had been cleaned. While it was mostly free of debris, whoever cleaned
Our large group of adults, one infant and multiple dogs had a great stay here. It's spacious and clean and perfect for as a home base for a weekend (or longer) at the beach. Being March, the weather wasn't perfect but it was still wonderful to sit on the deck and look at the waves or use the two large living spaces to eat and play games. It has most of what you need and it is convenient to grocery stores for anything else. The host is very responsive and has thought of everything a traveling family might need. Would definitely stay again!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Disliked: Communication
Misleading
The advertisement was misleading. The driveway has a area that damage the car. We didnt have any toilet tissue. The hot tub had a oder.
This cabin was satisfactory as it met our basic needs, but it didn’t match the listing description or photos. The driveway is narrow causing cars to bottom out at the top. There was trash in the yard and a broken bear statue to greet us. The porch felt run-down, not inviting, and inside we were met with a strong, unpleasant odor that lingered the entire stay. The cabin size was fine for two but I couldn't imagine sharing with another couple. It’s an open layout so even the shower has only a curtain separating it from the rest of the space. Only the toilet has its own door.Floors and surfaces were clean, but bathroom walls and door had yellow/brown stains. The toilet, sink, and shower were clean, and the water pressure was good. The bed was comfortable with attractive bedding. The back porch was what we were most excited for, and the view was beautiful, but the seating was cheap and uncomfortable. The hot tub wreaked of mildew, and the rotting boards underneath were unsettling. We tried it for 10 mins but it wasn't enjoyable and we had to shower immediately after. There were cobwebs inside and out. The one bright spot was the retro gaming table—great for some old-school fun.If you want basic lodging with quick access to the Parkway, this place works. But it really needs a deep clean and some TLC to live up to its potential.
