5 minutes from Calvi, a bioclimatic vacation home, the Gîte de Verdure

20 hectares of woods and scrubland along the Figarella River, 5 minutes from Calvi

Five minutes from Calvi, driving south, you’ll find the Domaine de Paradella.

This renovated, formerly agricultural estate, generously planted with trees, stretches over more than 20 hectares of scrubland, woods, and meadows along the Figarella River

The Paradella holiday rentals, located between the Gulf of Calvi and the Cirque de Bonifato, the coolness and tranquility of their bioclimatic architecture.

Stabilised earth concrete and river pebbles, lime plaster, solar roofing, water management, household waste composting, tree planting,... our cottages are as respectful of the environment as they are of their guests.

Warm in winter and cool in summer, these earthen cottages are energy-efficient.

The photovoltaic solar roof generates energy and contributes to the cottages’ thermal insulation.

And life is good here, listening to the song of the crickets by the large pond, far from the summer hustle and bustle—yet so close.

We’ve renovated this place for everyone who appreciates the simple, relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle.
