Gorgeous, Updated Beach Cottage in Narragansett Pier

After an extensive renovation this cheerful home is the perfect space to enjoy a week by the beach. Upon entering the home through the enclosed porch, guests enjoy a welcoming open area offering spaces to relax, eat and cook. The home features a new kitchen with quartz countertops, propane stove and breakfast bar which seats four people. A Keurig as well as a drip coffeemaker are provided. A kitchen table also seats four additional guests. A sliding glass door in the kitchen opens to a back deck and a fenced yard. The master bedroom offers a large king bed with private half bathroom. The guest room sleeps up to four people on two sets of bunk beds. The full bathroom is bright with a new tiled shower and pedestal sink.

Enjoy grilling your favorite summer barbecue on a new Weber grill in the spacious back yard.This property includes a fully enclosed outdoor shower, perfect for winding down after a long day at the beach. Coffee shops, sandwich shops, boutiques and restaurants, including the famed Coast Guard House Restaurant are all within a five minute stroll.

Narragansett Town Beach is 1/4 mile away from the property. The home also offers two transferable beach passes to Narragansett Town Beach.

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made prior to arrival (bed-making is only provided once; multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation fee and all applicable state and local tax.

Pet fee: Pet friendly on a case by case basis (0-25lbs). If approved there will be a $200.00 nonrefundable pet fee per pet, and an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet.

Tiny house, great location

Family of 5…last summer vacation before all go to college and wife and I are empty-nesters. Master bedroom, very comfortable with 1/2 bath attached, window AC unit dedicate for MBRM. Bunk room was tight, especially for full grown children, but it was kind of fun to have the 3 kids stay together in that room. Full bath was nice - we didn’t use the indoor shower…because the out door shower was fantastic. We love outdoor showers and this one was one of the nicer ones…Window AC unit in the living room for the kitchen and the bunk room…not big enough but it broke the humidity we had that week. WiFi was strong, fridge was big, EIK was great as was the bar for breakfast and apps and drinks at night. Walk to the beach, CG house, pier area, library, everything you need!

Excellent stay

We had a great stay at the cottage and the location is truly amazing. The home was well equipped and comfortable. The cleanliness could have been a little better but overall was fine. We would stay again.
