Villa Capri is the Penthouse and offers one king bedroom connected to one full en-suite bathroom, one elegant powder room, queen sofa bed couch (linens provided) and deck off of living space. Sweeping Water Views from every room (with Quartz Stone indoor fireplace) on the top floor. Romantic, comfortable and cozy with BREATHTAKING VIEWS!!!!

Villa Amalfi is a two-story stand-alone Villa and offers one king bedroom with full en-suite bathroom (with double sinks), and kitchen/living area with Water Views of from top floor. Queen bedroom with full en-suite bathroom and large deck on 1st floor.

Villa Bellagio is the entire 1st floor, connected to Villa Capri, and offers two king bedrooms, one full bathroom with double sink and shower and one powder room as well as kitchen/living area and deck with Water View. Private Backyard.

Beautiful Courtyard, Fire Pit and Hot Tubs, Fire Tables and Barbecues for all three Villas!!!

Our stay in this property was so enjoyable, the property is well kept and beautifully decorated.

Not only did we enjoy our stay, it was a great pleasure to coordinate with the property manager, always willing to help in any way.

Great set up. Worth the money

We had the place for the corporate visitors so we used all the bedrooms with one guest in each which makes it bit pricey given it was for 5 people for 8 days but at the end of the trip it was well worth it as the property is perfectly suited for teambuidling while having all the privacy for each person. We will stay here again next time our travels calls for San Diego destination.

Beautiful property with every attention to detail met

We were very impressed with the comfort level and attention to detail given with this property. The view of downtown, the naval base, and the airport are beautiful at night. I was concerned about the proximity to the airport being an issue with sound but the airplane engines only created the slightest background noise. The host was very friendly and attentive. Overall, we will stay here again. . . Great Experience!!
