New Villa des Lacs with a heated swimming pool

A traditional house typical of the region, built entirely of wood and fully air-conditioned. It consists of a large living area that combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two shower rooms, two bathrooms, and a pantry. The villa features a heated pool, a large terrace with a barbecue, a pétanque court, parking, and is fully fenced.
The house is close to all shops, the train station, the beach, and the port—all less than 1 km away—as well as the tourist attractions in La Hume (Aqualand, Kid Parc, Coccinelle, tennis courts, swimming pool… all less than 5 km away).
In July and August, rentals are on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.
For weekly rentals, linens are included (sheets, bath towels, and tea towels); for nightly rentals, the cost is 15 euros per person.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
