Old fully restored 1880 farmhouse in a village overlooking the Allier gorges in the immediate vicinity of Lozère and the Naussac leisure centre. Nearby: the Allier gorges at 11 km (limit of Lozère), Pradelles 'Most beautiful village in France' at 14 km (Museum of the draft horse, cycle rail...), leisure base at Naussac (16 km). Shops and services in Landos (5.5 km). Large terrace (45 m²), private enclosed garden (50 m²), garage with freezer. The ground floor consists of a large living room with kitchen area opening onto the terrace and living room with lounge area as well as a WC. On the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, a large bedroom with 3 single beds, a shower room, a bathroom and a separate WC. Services included: - ADSL Internet access in free wifi. - Aerothermal heating and electricity included in the rates. - Baby equipment on request: cot and high chair. Services offered to be subscribed directly with the owners: - Cleaning service: 60 € (an equivalent deposit will be requested) - Sheet hire: €8/single bed, €10/double bed. - Rental of towels: €10/pers. A deposit of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival.
