Furnished condo with 2 Bedroom Master suite design. Unit includes; deck off each bedroom, ground floor, wireless internet, furnished kitchen necessities, TV, 2nd room optional office or bed, Master with queen bed, spacious closets.

Complex: Covered parking with assigned parking spot outside unit. Community room, jacuzzi and outdoor pool (not heated). Private & gated entrance.

Community Area: Walking distance to library, church and store. Laughlin entertainment and casinos only a few minute drive (less than 5 miles) yet feels like a cozy small town community. Casino entertainment to Harrah, Tropicana, Aquarius, Golden Nugget Enjoy desert surroundings and the Colorado River. Variety of restaurants available

90 day minimum stay required.

Snowbird Respite

Most enjoyable stay. Quiet with very safe surroundings. Unit is tastefully decorated and supplied with anything you could possibly need. Close to bridge with access to Bullhead City and any shopping or restaurant choices. Of course if you enjoy gambling you have myriad choices. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Mary as a host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with

Nice condo

Would most definitely stay in the condo again My husband and I felt at home as soon as we arrived Mary met us at the gate and made us feel very welcome couldn’t ask for better landlords The place was very clean and comfortable loved the openness Everything supplied even a washer/dryer which was important to us as we stayed for three months We felt very safe there as it is gated The hot tub was wonderful On top of everything the price was very reasonable Thanks Mary and Marty👋

very accommodating

This was a 3 month rental for my elderly parents who are new to the area while we searched and settled them into a new home. The condo was exactly as pictured. They went out of their way to manage special requests (ensure no trip hazards like an area rug, bath safety handles, desk for computer, etc). Very accommodating and communicative. I would highly reccommend!

We loved the look and feel of Las Palmas. The gated entrance provides added security, the neighbors are friendly and thoughtful, and the complex is relaxing, quiet. Parking close to unit, with a cover from the summer sun. The pool is an added comfort in the summer from heat and in the winter to relax.

What makes this property unique

Ours is a true Vacation Rental by OWNER. We are not a commercial rental and take great pride in our unit! We strive for a "your home away from home" feel.
