About this property

Charming 1960's Chalet

La Petite Maison is a charming 1960s cottage with 2 bedrooms, a great living area with a wood burning fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. We have done our best to both modernize and preserve the cottage for comfort and convenience. Located in a quiet neighbourhood sitting on an acre of land surrounded by old trees.

Best of both worlds... Conveniently located to town with access to groceries, restaurants, shops. Year round outdoor activities within minutes from the house: Golf, hike, swim, mountain bike(summer) orate bike (on groomed winter trails), snowshoe, cross country ski, downhill ski (8km), tree zipline, etc.). 5 min drive to an outdoor Nordic spa & Rawdon beach and Des Chutes Dorwin. There is so much to do in Rawdon.

Come enjoy Rawdon and La Petite Maison

Host profile image
We both love to travel, host and meet new people. We've worked hard for many years and have since learned that we do not need much to make us happy, simply surround yourselves with good people and have an inviting home to share with anyone who appreciates the simple pleasures of life.

As a host and client of VRBO it is a great way to share our homes, discover new places and meet new people.

As residents of both Toronto & Quebec, it was Toronto where we gained years of hosting experience with our home in High Park. Because of the positive experience we decided we wanted to also share our homes in Quebec and make a professional business out of it. Each home comes with history and as such each home needed to be brought back to life. We thoroughly enjoy the renovation process and creating a new unique and inviting space with each home. The difference between Toronto and Quebec is an abundance of outdoor space, lots of trees, fresh air and a wonderful serene lake (one house has direct access). We were so pleased with the results that it felt selfish to keep it all to ourselves. Lets share...

Why they chose this property

Its cozy, and perfectly located to everything you can imagine from outdoor activities, summer and winter and shops and conveniences. Everyone loves it.

What makes this property unique
