PROPERTY
BIRD'S NEST, a sloped pebbled walkway leads guests to Bird's Nest. Nestled amongst mature trees, this beautiful cottage experiences south-west exposure and all day sun. Inspired by its namesake, the large circular deck off the dining room is a guest favourite when it comes to summertime entertaining. Outfitted with glass railings, guests can experience elevated unfettered views of Lake Joe while enjoying their morning coffee. Furnished with a 6 person outdoor dining room table and large sun umbrella, this outdoor space does not disappoint! A stone staircase from the cottage deck leads you along a stone pathway to the south facing waterfront. Perfect for guests with young children, the shoreline boasts a shallow sand bottom beach area. The waterfront is also home to a one slip boat port and large deck. Equipped with four Muskoka chairs, two lounges, and a small 3 person bistro set, the sundeck provides a secondary entertaining space for days spent near the water. Located slightly above the shoreline, a small traditional bunkie can be seen not far from the cottage just off the deck.
