Amazing Lakefront Home with 8 bedrooms plus 5 full bathrooms.
Vacation in style with plenty of room for everyone!

Easy walk to the water with a nice shoreline and a huge fire pit for your enjoyment.
Easy living open floor plan, with Living Room on the main floor and Family Room downstairs. Large generously equipped kitchen area and nice dining area for large groups.

Nice newer beds meant for comfort. Master Bedroom is located on the upper level. Two Bedrooms on main level and 5 bedrooms located downstairs.

The Lost Bridge Village Recreation Center has a lakefront Community Swimming Pool open from Memorial Day till Labor Day. There is a charge of $5 per person per day. There is also a free playground for the kids, pickleball court, basketball court, and a lakefront picnic area with grills.
Lost Bridge Village sprawls over several areas around Beaver Lake including Whitney Mountain, which is the highest point over Beaver Lake. No fireworks allowed.

The lake community is very quiet and mostly wooded with lots of wildlife and beautiful scenery. Most roads are paved. No hunting is allowed. There are full time and part time residents that appreciate you respecting the covenants and their privacy during your stay.

Located minutes from Lost Bridge North Marina. Boat Launches are available at Lost Bridge North Park, Lost Bridge South Park, Off Black Oak Drive in Lost Bridge Village or at the Ventris Boat Launch. There are walking trails at Lost Bridge North Park at 12485 Marina Road in Garfield.

Home is located about 30 minutes from (half-way between) Rogers and Eureka Springs. Both places offer an exceptional experience of great food options, entertainment, and shopping.

I gather with a large group of family every year for Thanksgiving, always in a rented house so that no one feels like the host. My family told me -- and I agree -- that this was the best house we have ever shared for Thanksgiving. It was clean and well-maintained with beautiful views. We especially enjoyed our time around the firepit.

Amazing lake house

Everything about our stay was amazing. The views from the house were breathtaking. The house was perfect for our group of 12. Lots of room for everyone. And the house manager, Allyson, made the check in and out process easy. We would definitely love to stay here again.

This house was perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked, with many spices, great cookware and Riedel wine glasses! The rooms are spacious and laid out nicely for families. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

House was set up very nice and clean. Lake view was amazing. Our host was the best we ever had. Since we were arriving after dark she met us at the office and drove in front of us to our house to make sure we found it. We contacted her about not being able to find a Keurig coffee maker and she brought one to us with in 15 minutes. She is a sweet lady. Everything was great. Had a great time.

Perfect place for our family celebration!

Four generations of the family together to enjoy celebrating a wedding at a nearby venue. The house was a perfect size, roomy, with a well equipped kitchen. The views were breathtaking. Beautiful place! The lake view from all levels was magnificent! Balconies on every floor. Windows were facing east, so we saw sunrise while mamaw made biscuits. Game room was cool. Plenty of beds for all ..family. Wispace.

Perfect for our friends’ getaway!

The property and grounds are beautiful. Our group of 8 had a wonderful time exploring the Eureka Springs area one day and hanging out at the house on the other. The spacious living areas were perfect for games and socializing, and we loved spending one whole evening around the fire pit. The location is more remote than we realized, so if you’re not going to be in Rogers or Eureka Springs around meal times, definitely bring groceries. The kitchen has everything you need for preparation and the provided grill was perfect for our jalapeño poppers and steaks. Thanks for providing a perfect getaway for a fun, relaxing weekend!

Family reunion 2024

Great house. Fantastic view!! We had a really good family reunion. Just one small complaint; there is not a comfortable chair in the entire house if you’re over 5’10”, which several of us are. Chairs with low backs look good in pictures but they are not good for sitting.

The place was as listed. We had an mis hap of not our full party being registered so we didn’t have enough towels. The contact was helpful to fix it and stayed in great communication with us. Only thing we struggled with was the bunk room didn’t have rails on the top bunks and for safety we didn’t allow our young kids to use the top bunks

HOG Vacation

This house was as it was pictured. Amazing views of the lake, tons of entertaining space and plenty of areas for privacy. It was a group of 10 adults that stayed in this home and we didn’t once feel over crowded. The ride into the property was a bit tricky as we were all on motorcycles and there are a lot of tight turns. But we all managed just fine. The only complaint I would say I have is regarding the cleanliness of the bathrooms. One couple was displeased with the shower curtain as it appeared to have some mold on the bottom of it and another bathroom toilet was not completely cleaned around the outside of the bowl. The only reason I bring it up is because the homeowner that is so kind to rent out their property is paying a cleaning service to clean the house after each stay. This group made some great memories and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful veiw with alot of space & lake access but needs some cleaning & upkeep, especially outside

We had a great time, just what our family of 13 needed to meet for a few day & enjoy! Plenty of space & spent alot of time in the water! However, both porch decks & furniture as well as the ceiling fans & ceilings were very dirty & needed powerwashed/ cleaned for the season, also killed a few large spiders. We spent most of our time outdoors so that was disappointing. Also, the fans inside are dirty. Random food left in refrigerators we moved to keep track of what was ours.

Welcoming home… even better the second time around

We returned to this lovely home after having a great stay last summer. The home is so comfortable and well appointed. The cove is one of the best on the lake and our family spent most of our time there. Alyson (property manager) was very helpful and responsive. The entire experience was wonderful and we look forward to returning again next summer!

Beaver Lake Family Vacation

Beaver Lake Family Vacation This home was perfect for our family. Lots of bedrooms, lots of space for everyone, upstairs and downstairs had tables and chairs and couches. Close to the water. Clean, property manager easily accessible by phone or text. Only downside was access to the lake was very steep walk, but we all, old and young, handled it without problem. We would defiantly consider renting again.
