Peaceful Waterfront Summer Escape! Sunshine, King Suite, Private Dock

Lazy River House is the perfect place to get away with all the comforts of home. Waterfront, you can fish right off our dock! Bring your boat. 2 master suites. One room with a king bed and one room with a queen bed. 2.5 baths with a sleeper in the living room. Fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer. Nice porch to sit out on and watch the sunset! Downstairs area with picnic tables and a grill. Just 5 miles to downtown Bay St Louis with some of the best restaurants on the Coast. The beach is also 5 miles away (we have beach chairs and beach towels) and the Casinos. Home is equipped with WiFi, smart TVs and a DVD player in the living room with surround sound!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Place used towels in the washing machine and start the wash cycle. If there is a large amount of towels to wash, please split them up to avoid overloading the washing machine.

Leave used bedding in place on the beds. If the sofa pull-out has been used, please place the used linens next to the washing machine. Please make sure the safety gate upstairs is closed and latched.

If the BBQ grill was used during your stay, please ensure the grill was cleaned up after cooking, grilling utensils were washed and placed in the kitchen upstairs.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

If pets are approved during your stay, please bring thier bedding as pets are not permitted on furniture.

Please note that stays exceeding 2 weeks might involve extra cleaning and pet fees, determined individually per case.

Evidence of smoking inside the rental will result in a $500 extra cleaning fee.

This house is in the heart of everything. Our group came down for some fishing and relaxation and this place was perfect. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the stay. The best thing in my opinion is the two master suites. Perfect for couples. Would definitely recommend

Peaceful Getaway

A little piece of heaven tucked away but close to everything. Coffee on the porch in morning and cocktails in the evening. Everything is clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend!!!!

Great Getaway

Property was very clean and the property manager was very attentive when issues arose. The boat lift and baggage lift did not work properly when we arrived but were resolved before we left. Overall, very nice place to stay.
