You won't find a more affordable place for a large group in a beautiful setting!

Stunning 4 story house with exquisite views of Morse Reservoir. 800 square feet of lake front with a sand beach and multiple decks and places to relax. Recently 100% renovated with premium accommodations. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, great room with gas fireplace, large dining table, gourmet kitchen, game room. theater room. Sleeps up to 20 people. 8 TV's and DVD's, game system, wii Rock Band, wifi, arcade system, pool table, electronic dart board, bar with kitchen, full laundry room. Lots of games & DVD's for indoor use.

A variety of great restaurants within a 10 minute drive. A new outdoor Adventure park, TreeRunner Adventure Park is now open in nearby Westfield offering ziplines and climbing courses. Skylake Adventures, a 126 acre year around nature based theme park with a lake, water obstacles and tubing will be open in 2026 located in nearby Sheridan, a 10 minute drive.

Kitchen is fully stocked with anything that you will need to cook and dine with your group. We even provide plastic wrap, aluminum foil, parchment paper, paper towels, garbage bags and plastic storage bags so you just bring your food and beverages. We also provide a variety of spices for you to use.

So many areas to enjoy outside! Relax on the front patio listening to the sound of the waterfall and watching the fish in the pond. Or hang out by the fire pit roasting marshmallows. Enjoy the sand beach near the water. Lounge on the huge back deck with a teak table that can sit up to 15 people, a large L shape outdoor sofa and space to play cornhole comfortably! Or escape to the upper deck off the master bedroom that makes it seem like you are in a tree house.

All outdoor equipment provided to enjoy the grounds and lake. 7 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, lily pad, yard games, outdoor seating including L couch on back deck, lounge chairs, multiple chairs, fire pit area. Boat dock to moor your own boat. Large Natural gas grill is located on back deck and no propane or charcoal needed!

The house was well appointed and beautiful with a wonderful view of the reservoir! Lori was very accessible with any questions or concerns we had. We brought our family of 20 to celebrate Christmas. There was a tree and subtle Christmas decorations that added to the atmosphere. We had a great time!

It had everything we needed and more, even small touches like K-cups, extra trash bags, and paper towels that you don’t often see in a VRBO. Before even arriving at the property, Lori was absolutely amazing. So kind so accommodating she made us feel welcome from 3000 miles away. Once we arrived at the property. Everything was exactly as the pictures, almost better I would say. The property is so wonderful, it’s appointed with everything that you could ever need. We had really terrible weather at the end of our day and Lori was so kind to accommodate our travel needs. This place is so so worth it. She made our Thanksgiving magical and easy.

The property was a perfect fall setting for the parents & siblings of the bride & groom from out of town to watch football, read, or reconnect over board games & puzzles. Perfect House on the Lake

My friends and family chose this house because of the perfect location and amazing house! The beach area was a big hit! We had a lot of fun in the basement with the pool table, arcade game, and dart board! The house was very spacious and view from the master bedroom was awesome! We also used the huge back door patio a lot at night! Lori was super helpful and very responsive to any of our questions! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Why they chose this property

Husband & business partner renovate houses and they purchased this property in 2016 and rehabbed every part of it. Our family had such a good time visiting while the property was being flipped that we decided we couldn't part with it and wanted to keep it and share it with other families.

It is a very unique property as it is at the end of a secluded road with only 1 neighbor next door. It is very relaxing and offers activities for all family members while also giving everyone the space they need.

Everyone who has stayed at the property has raved about what a good time they had, how nice the property and accommodations are. Picture don't capture the beauty of the property and house.
