About this property

Le Margeriaz

The ST Roch Residence is located on the corner of one of Saint-Étienne’s most beautiful squares. This strategic location is characterised by its design and modernity, close to the top universities and the very heart of the city. You’ll also appreciate the nearby shops and services, restaurants, and convenient transport options surrounding this magnificent residence. I aimed for a modern and exotic decor, combining comfort with a cosy atmosphere. A bird’s-eye view overlooks this majestic square.

Great Place

We had a very good two months at Olivier’s apartment at La Roch in Saint Etienne. The place was as advertised and suited out long stay perfectly. Close to trams, buses, trains and within walking distance of the city centre the apartment was well furnished and equipped. We had a few issues to sort out very early in our stay, but communication with Olivier was easy and simple and the matters sorted swiftly. All in all a lovely stay and thank you to Olivier for being a great host.
