Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

There is a garage remote and key located in front of the living room TV to the laundry room. Please return both to the same place after each use.

Upon leaving, please remember to lock the front door and close all windows. Also, please tell us so we can start cleaning.

If there is any trouble, immediately text us using the app platform. We usually respond in minutes.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

A $50 deposit will be required and must be paid BEFORE check-in codes will be given. This will be refunded to you minus any damages once you check-out

Quiet hours from 8PM to 7AM but no loud music or party is ever allowed at anytime

Home away from home.

This lovely apartment was our home away from home for our 2-day visit! It was perfectly clean and comfortable. Location was quiet and we felt very safe. Owners provided information on activities and nearby restaurants. It was everything we needed. If I come back to the area, I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and simple spot for a stay

Very quiet neighbors, clean apartment, everything in good working order. This spot is a very convenient location to get anywhere in Silicon Valley. The only downside was heavy traffic noise from the nearby roads but ... that's what makes it so convenient!

For the professionals seeking easy and quick access to executive offices, local businesses, hospitals and highways, you can't find any place better than this. You get the same Five Stars hotel environment at very reasonable rates!

Patients are very comfortable and relieved to know that nearby hospitals and doctor clinics are only five minutes by car! We have patients from across the country and world staying here to seek medical treatment.

International students and their families find it most convenient that the internationally renown Harker School is a mere five minutes away by car! Long term monthly stays are available.

At the end of the day, you can come home to a relaxing place of your own complete with heating and AC, a gourmet kitchen, all brand new appliances, modern bathroom and private garage parking. What more can you ask for?

Fun fact: this home was used to shoot an internationally recognized film, Out of the Blue (2023). You will have the honor to live in the same place as our guests.
