Location:
A very quiet area overlooking Xonrupt at an elevation of 900 metres.
Hiking and mountain biking trails start right at the chalet. Nature awaits you just across the street.
Several ski areas are nearby: Gérardmer, Le Poli, La Bresse, La Schlucht, and Le Valtin are just a few kilometres away.

- Xonrupt-Longemer, a ski resort (Le Poli) for beginners with a toboggan run, various shops, a pharmacy, a tobacco shop, mountain bike and ski rentals, three lakes with pedal boats and hiking trails, and restaurants—all just 5 minutes from the chalet

- Gérardmer, with its lake and numerous activities (bowling, swimming pool with aquatic centre, cinema, casino, restaurants, and a pedestrian-friendly city centre area—all just 10 minutes from the chalet):
