Stunning lake view - 3-bedroom apartment with parking - Ideally located

Charming, bright two-bedroom apartment (sleeps 4–6), featuring two balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the lake and mountains, fully renovated in February 2021.

Ideally located to enjoy the town of Evian in a lush, peaceful setting, the apartment is right next to the golf course, the main luxury hotels, city centre, and the funicular (900 metres from the Evian-les-Bains funicular: direct walking access to the lake, the pier, city centre, and the thermal baths), and the ski resorts.

The accommodation: 60 m² duplex apartment (49.5 m² Carrez law)

- Cosy living room, very comfortable for 6 people, Smart TV

- The kitchen is well-equipped (induction cooktop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, teapot, toaster...),

- A living room with a sleeper sofa, a TV, and a balcony overlooking the mountains.

- 2 bedrooms (Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140x200; Bedroom 2: 2 beds 90x200; plus a mountain-style bedroom: 2 children’s beds 80x200) with new bedding and a cosy comforter,

- Bathroom with a walk-in tub.

- The balcony overlooking the lake is perfect for enjoying an evening aperitif in the summer as the sun sets, and the south-facing balcony overlooking the lovely garden is ideal for breakfast in the sunshine.

- 1 numbered private outdoor parking space.

Check-in:

The beds will be made upon your arrival. For extended stays, we offer to change the linens for a flat fee. Table linens are not provided.

A final cleaning will be performed by a cleaning crew to ensure the apartment is clean and disinfected.

If we are away, you will be greeted by our check-in/check-out service to pick up the keys. If needed, we remain available and ready to assist you throughout your stay.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. To accommodate everyone’s schedules, the key pickup time will be arranged between us.

Une vue superbe, un bon emplacement géographique pour les visites, une bonne literie mais une propreté sommaire, un confort à améliorer, en particulier fournir un ventilateur en cas de canicule ( demande faite mais non validée), un petit rafraîchissement nécessaire de la salle de bain -wc. La 3ème "chambre" est destinée à de petits enfants ( petits lits à ras du sol). Enfin, l'escalier mériterait une rembarde plus safe surtout pour des personnes âgées.

Der Französische Standart ist anders als der deutsche der Boden ( wenn man mit nackten Füssen ) war etwas unauffällig beschmutzt aber ansonsten war die Unterkunft wie auf den Bildern.Spielplätze gibt es nicht also ich habe keine gefunden.Ansonsten ist die Stadt sehr schön und der See sehr sauber.

Vue magnifique sur le lac, environnement très calme mais un peu trop éloigné du centre ville compte tenu du dénivelé. Propreté sommaire du logement à notre arrivée mais appartement bien équipé. Nous avons passé néanmoins un agréable séjour à Evian.

Un super séjour

Super hébergement, super bien situé, calme , propre , avec une superbe vue Accueil et départ impeccable personne accessible A proximité boulangerie accessible à pied à 2 min , funiculaire a 10 min à pied qui nous descend dans le centre (gratuit) Nous avons passé un super séjour avec nos deux filles de 2 ans et 4 ans Je recommande ce logement allez y les yeux fermés

Super emplacement

Nous étions à quelques minutes à pied du golf, ce qui a grandement facilité notre séjour. On a pu poser la voiture et nous déplacer à pied. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement. Nous étions 3 et c'était très bien car les toilettes sont dans la salle de bains.

Wohnung für alte Leute ungünstig

Wir haben alles gut angetroffen. Die Treppe zu den Schlafräumen ist für ältere Leute ungünstig. Wenig Ablagefläche/Stauraum. Sonst alles was es braucht und unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, respektive Abgabe.

L’appartement, propre et bien équipé, nous a séduits tant par sa superbe vue sur le lac que par les visites à faire aux alentours. Le côté relationnel avec le propriétaire et la personne qui accueille est très appréciable. Merci pour ce bon séjour malgré un temps humide et incertain.

Bel appartement dans une belle région

L’appartement est très fonctionnel, idéalement placé sur le lac Leman. Nous avons pu profiter du feu d’artifice d’Evian juste en face de nous! Notre hôte a été très réactif pour répondre à nos questions.
