Welcome to Chalet Mataya!

Spend your most beautiful holidays in the ski resort of La Joue du Loup, in a magnificent chalet of the Les Hauts de la Lauzière residence. Take a breath of fresh air in a magnificent and rejuvenating setting.

Detached chalet of 75m² completely renovated in 2019 with 11 beds in 4 real bedrooms to spend a superb holiday in the mountains. This beautiful traditional solid wood chalet offers you a real haven of peace, warm and friendly. Access to the residence's covered swimming pool, heated with panoramic terrace and solarium (open according to the resort's calendar).

Chalet Mataya is ideally located, in a quiet area, in a luxury residence, 250m from the heart of the resort, 200m from the slopes, 300m from the snow front (Equipment rental, restaurants with takeaway etc.) and 5 minutes from the O'Dycéa wellness centre. A cross-country ski trail is accessible below the residence to reach the Nordic area.

On the LIVING ROOM side: a space with a view of the mountain, flat screen TV with 2 sofas (rapido and leather) and a fireplace await you to share good times with family or friends: happiness guaranteed!

On the KITCHEN side: a beautiful functional space fully equipped (fridge, dishwasher, traditional oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, pretty crockery), table and chairs that can comfortably accommodate 8 people.

NIGHT SIDE: the chalet has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with 1 bed 140x190 in one bedroom and 1 triple bed (1 double bed 140x190 downstairs and 1 bed 90x190 upstairs) in the other. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds 80x190 and 1 double bed 140x190 in the first and 1 double bed 140x190 in the second.

BATH side: on the ground floor, a bathroom with a bathtub and a sink with a separate toilet. Upstairs, a bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet as well as a washing machine dryer.

A terrace facing SOUTH WEST of 12 m2 will allow you to enjoy beautiful sunshine in the afternoon and the setting sun.

Verblijf Oud-Nieuw

We hadden een heel fijne vakantie in La Joue du Loup. Het vakantiehuis is proper en voorzien van alle benodigdheden. De 2 volwaardige badkamers maken het ideaal om met 2 gezinnen er te verblijven. Het huis is dichtbij de skilift gelegen alsook dichtbij het zwembad, de bakker, winkel, restaurant, apotheker, ... Wij hebben genoten.
