Old house renovated in 2004, adjoining the owner's accommodation and 2 other gîtes, located in a hamlet, on the owner's active farm (raising goats and cows). Ground floor: living room/kitchen, lounge, bathroom, toilet. Lingerie. Floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 140)(2 beds 90)(2 beds 90), toilet. Wireless. 2 private terraces (1 at the front of the gîte, 1 at the rear), garden furniture, plancha. Small pond nearby. Possibility of discovering the farm. Rental from SUNDAY to SUNDAY. 2 other gîtes on site: H85G009929 and H85G009930.
Weekend rental possibilities with owner's agreement, minimum 2 nights. For 2023: Electric heating included.
Options:
End of stay cleaning: €60/stay; Sheet rental for 1 or 2 people: €10/stay; Bathroom linen rental: €8/person/stay.
