Merci pour votre retour, ce fut un plaisir de vous accueillir.
Pour la literie, comme je vous l'ai annoncé sur nos échanges, nous y avions consacré un budget important car cela fait pas partie de nos priorités. Nous allons donc essayer de comprendre pourquoi cette cuvette et changer ce qui doit l'être.
Aucun locataire ne nous a jamais averti d'un quelconque souci, sinon nous aurions agit immédiatement.
Comme vous l'avez peut-être remarqué, dans le lit de 180X200 en plus du matelas de 26cm, nous avons ajouté un sur matelas à mémoire de forme ainsi qu'un sur-matelas de 4cm en plumes d'oie, recouvert ensuite de 2 alaises et des draps en satin de coton.
Nous espérons sincèrement avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau dans l'une de nos locations dans l'Oise ou dans le Sud et vous pourrez dormir dans un couchage de qualité désormais.
