Plouhinec, close to the Ria d’Étel, beaches and shops 2.5 km away, charming 3-room house (approx. 75 m²) for 4 people. Pleasant and functional house, set in a quiet location, ideal for discovering the South of Morbihan, between the Ria d’Étel, Plouhinec beaches, the Carnac alignments and the Quiberon peninsula. During the season, a small ferry allows easy access to Étel and its port in just a few minutes.

Ground floor:
- Direct entrance into the bright living room with lounge area (sofas, TV, decorative fireplace) and dining area (table and chairs) opening onto a large enclosed and landscaped south-facing courtyard (garden furniture, barbecue)
- Open plan and fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster)

Superbes vacances très calmes

Une superbe location très bien équipée, il ne manque rien en équipement. Dans un petit lotissement très calme à l’écart, certains le verront comme un avantage, et d’autres comme un inconvénient car loin de l’animation. Nous, nous avons adoré. Le wifi serrait un plus car le mobile est en fonction de l’opérateur. Un ou Deux transats serait également très bien. Au final nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Tolles Haus

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und schön in einem kleinen Weiler gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, rustikal/modern mit vielen kleinen liebevollen und kreativen Details. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. In 10 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto den kilometerlangen Sandstrand und auch der Ria d'Etel ist schnell erreichbar und bietet viele schöne Ausflugsziele. Die Abwicklung über die Agentur verlief problemlos. Allerdings dachten wir, Wlan sei im Haus vorhanden, dem ist aber nicht so. Das muss für 39,00 Euro/Woche vor Ort dazu gebucht werden.

Ruhe und Erholung

Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen, außerhalb von Plouhinec in einem kleinen Weiler (Kervelhue). Das Haus hat einen kleinen ummauerten und schön gestalteten Innenhof mit hoher Aufenthaltsqualität Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut, Handtücher und Bettwäsche müssen allerdings mitgebracht oder vor Ort gegen Gebühr ausgeliehen werden. Der Check-In und Out ist etwas umständlich, da man zunächst in die 5 km entfernte Agentur fahren muss. Für die Ausstattung mit WLAN muss eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 39 € pro Woche bezahlt werden ...!!??

+ Sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz. Ruhig gelegen. + Perfekt um auszuspannen. + Ist aber auf ein Auto angewiesen. ++ sehr empfehlenswert. - Obwohl im Inserat aufgeführt war gab es kein Internet.

Ruhe und Erholung

Das Objekt entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Es liegt ruhig, abseits der Durchgangsstraße in einem "Innenhof". Die Umgebung ist schön ländlich. Wer die Ruhe sucht und keinen Trubel braucht ist hier richtig. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
