Les Mouettes house near the sea, beautiful sea view, garden and private parking. 80 m², furnished and equipped for 4 to 5 people. On the ground floor: entrance, fitted kitchen and dining area, living room, bathroom, separate WC. Upstairs: two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and WC. No pets, cleaning and disinfection included. Household linen optional.

Rental equipment:
Hob, electric oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, sofa and armchairs, television, a 140x190 cm bed (bedroom 1), 1 180x190 cm bed and 1 single bed 90x190 cm (bedroom 2), duvet pillows and blankets for all beds. Separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. Laundry room with washing machine, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol.

The view from Les Mouettes is superbe. It was a very nice stay. Ile Grande is a very relaxed place amidst the more crowded locations at the Cote de Granit Rose.

La maison dispose d'une très belle vue et une très belle situation au calme proche de tous les points de départ des balades.Elle a été joliment rafraîchie. C'est une belle maison typique bretonne. Le seul bémol concerne les wc et la salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée qui sont restés dans leurs jus. Heureusement, une belle cabine de douche a été installée à l'étage.Le nettoyage est inclus dans le prix mais les sanitaires avait été oubliés, les poubelles sales, des meubles poussiéreux...Vous devez faire 20 min de route aller/retour deux fois pour aller chercher les clés à l'agence et les rapporter. Une boîte à clef serait plus judicieux. Nous avions signalé deux problèmes concernant la cuvette wc du haut qui tombaient systématiquement et le tuyau d'évacuation des eaux usées de la machine à laver la rendant inutilisable. Pas de réponse. J'ai relancé l'agence par mail et par messages laissés sur le répondeur. L'agence a commencé à s'activer deux jours avant mon départ. Il était trop tard pour nous. Nous leur avons dit de trouver une solution après notre départ. Ils n'ont pas tenu compte de notre demande et on fait intervenir une personne en notre absence sans notre consentement.Pour la caution, ils vous disent qu'elle n'est pas débitée. Hors si vous avez une carte bancaire à débit, elle est débitée et réservée.

Bonjour VANESSA J., Je vous remercie de vos commentaires sur le charme et la belle vue mer de notre maison bretonne, merci aussi pour la bonne restitution du logement. Je suis désolée que le ménage n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes, mais je tiens aussi à répondre à vos critiques injustifiées ou inexactes. Concernant le problème de fuite en pleine période estivale, comme je vous l'ai expliqué, il nous a fallu plusieurs jours pour trouver un intervenant disponible et il était absolument impossible de prendre un rendez-vous à votre convenance compte tenu du caractère urgent de la réparation (risque de dégât des eaux). Concernant le "détour", nos conditions de vente précisent que les clés sont remises à l'agence ainsi que toute information utile pour votre séjour. Si vous ne lisez pas nos messages et que vous allez directement à la location, il faudra en effet faire demi-tour et compter 20 minutes de route en plus. Sinon, cela représente tout au plus un détour de 7 minutes depuis Lannion. Cette organisation ne sera pas revue, car elle nous permet d'assurer un accueil personnalisé et une remise de clés en toute sérénité. Concernant l'empreinte par carte bancaire (dépôt de caution sans débit), notre terminal fonctionne selon les standards habituels. Il incombe au locataire de vérifier de son côté les spécificités d'utilisation de ses moyens de paiement. Cordialement, La Gérante

Entspannter Urlaub auf einer kleinen Insel

Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe in der Agentur im Nachbarort. Gute ruhige Lage mit Meerblick, Parkplatz und Garten. Mehrere Strände in der Nähe. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, sogar ein zusätzliches Bad was wir gar nicht benötigt haben. Leider hakte die Haustür etwas.Wer seine Bettwäsche mitbringt sollte bedenken, dass die Franzosen keine Einzeldecken verwenden, sondern Decken über ein ganzes Bett, auch bei den Doppelbetten.

Jolie maison face à la mer

Très belle situation de cette petite maison charmante, tout confort. On peut tout faire à pied, plage et balade à deux pas dans un paysage magnifique. Une super expérience avec cette belle Bretagne. L'agence immobilière aux petits soins avec nous. Je recommande++++ !
