Apartment floor plan:

- A spacious living room, with a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 4 people, that opens to the terrace where you will find another dining table which sits 6 people.

- A large semi-open kitchen, with access to the terrace as well, well equipped with everything you will need, including a trendy Nespresso coffee machine (what else ?)

- 3 bedrooms with the following setup:

A bedroom suite, opening to the terrace, with a queen size bed, a shower room with built-in double sink and toilets. There is also a large closet and really cool nightstand lamps.

2 other bedrooms with queen size beds, flat-screen TVs, both sharing the same connecting shower room.

- Separate toilets but they don't mind being on their own (and you probably won't mind either).

- Right next to the famous Croisette seafront on one side and the Mourré Rouge beaches on the other.

- Private underground double parking garage.
- Dual cooling/heating system in all rooms.
- High-speed wifi internet connection, because all you need is love and wifi

As a bonus:

- All bed and house linen provided (sheets, kitchen towels, etc...) as well as 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person.
- A map of the city and transportation and a guide of must-see places (and must-not).
- A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...)

**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY.

Some geography so you know where you are:

After just a few short steps down your street, the Avenue des Hespérides, you will be able to enjoy the following activities, all within less than a few minutes on foot (or way more if you want to try to walk on your hands):

- Reach the Mouré Rouge Beach to do some skinny dipping or find a quiet spot on a terrace and enjoy a cocktail. (About 3 minutes away depending on you walking speed.)

- Go for a stroll on one end of the Croisette and walk along the Port Canto harbor to admire the luxury yachts (and maybe spot your next purchase...)

- Get some sun on a park bench at the Jardin des Hespérides or convince your entire family to follow you for a Pétanque tournament at the Place de l’Étang.

And within a few minute drive you can enjoy these activities:

- Explore the other side of the Croisette seafront (center of town side) and take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-control boats.

- Go empty your bank account in the trendy boutiques of the Rue d’Antibes

- Go take selfies like the movie stars (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès, or just go to work if you are here for a trade show.

- Board a train for a ride along the coastal Riviera, or beyond.

- Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets.

Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you during your stay. We have a concierge service for whatever you may need!

**!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!**

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our villas.)

IMPORTANT NOTE: Check-ins after 8 pm will be made via lock box at no charge, or in person with a 35 euro additional charge. Check-ins after Midnight will be via lock box ONLY (we reserve that for our Netflix time...)
And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
