With three bedrooms, one four poster double, plus one twin and one single with additional pull-out single, this cottage can sleep four people. There is also a first floor bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, plus a ground floor cloakroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner, along with a utility room. Outside is off road parking for three cars plus an enclosed lawned garden with swings, slide, a sandpit, and basketball hoop. There is also a decked patio area with furniture and a gas barbecue to the front of the property. Nearby is the beautiful Ceredigion coastline, along with plenty of history to uncover in the nearby museums, mills and the ruins of a Roman fort in the owners' adjacent field, which guests are welcome to wander through. Tangaer Cottage is a lovely base, and with an array of facilities and nearby attractions to please all ages, it's the perfect choice for your next Welsh holiday.

Decked patio with furniture and BBQ to the front of the property. Enclosed lawned garden with swings, slide, basketball hoop and sandpit to the side of property. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 1.1 miles. Note: As livestock in surrounding fields, dogs to be kept under strict control when outside or on a lead. Small children to be supervised at all times.
Note - This property is fully decorated for Christmas, the owner also provides a hamper and bottle of prosecco.
